Phroneo Threads – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods (launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days

  • Regional (Southern Africa): 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note: These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if available)

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Delays & External Factors

Phroneo Threads is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your order.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for resending orders


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

  • Phroneo Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the courier directly

  • You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included in our pricing and may vary by country


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Fulfillment logistics
